You know what we can see with your points history? That you have bought gift cards from the store because you are a broke dikk fukk and that you care so much about points that you bothered to take 5 points to the SBR casino at least twice!
Ouch. Bitch crusty just got OWNED.
5 points?!
Crusty... you took 35 cents to the casino. 35 cents. Let that sink in. Actually, since you are a non pro, a point is even less than 7 cents value to you. Pretty pathetic man. You took about 20 cents or so to the SBR casino and did it twice. Just a broke dikk fukk degenerate on welfare praying he made it big. Did you make it big?Comment -

all i see is proof of you transferring 4000pts to the sportsbook and just 400pts to posters, most of them for repayment of loans.
you even begged them to remove you from the pts stiff report.

You are also the only one of us to actually use SBR points to help you financially. The ONLY one.
I also went pro with a charity donation. Funny, for a bleeding heart liberal, it is funny you couldn't even afford $200 to a pretty solid charity.
The reality is, we both know you can't afford $200 to go pro, and thus haven't. You can act like you don't care about points, but the reality is you took 5 points to the SBR casino twice.
I give points away.

#98To buy the same unit im renting at, it would be 460,000. So renting is a necessary evil because there could easily be another downturn in the real estate market. In the lowest point in the recession the same units at this place were going for 320. That is a huge, huge risk to jump in right now.Originally posted by allabout the $$$i thought you had scholarship for law school i could be mistaken. also why would you spend 2400 a month on rent when you could pay a mortgage with that money. not a smart money move if you ask me. #99so who said you had to buy that unit? see thats you younger generations. i want this one so thats what i have to have. (i dont know the area) why not buy a 4 family house for say 500k rent out the other 3 apartments. the rent they pay should easily cover 1/2 the mortgage probably 2/3 of it and then you cover the rest of it(im just throwing #'s out dont have time to do the real math) and when or if you graduate you have equity in the house you can move out in a year or 2 after and keep that house as a $$$$ generating property.Originally posted by PickWinnerAllDayTo buy the same unit im renting at, it would be 460,000. now you had scholarships at illi. and none at northwestern? ill is a top 15-25 law school and northwestern is a top 10-15 is it really worth your parents blowing 180k for you to go to a school when you could have gone to a similar one for much less? i mean its not like you were going from northwestern to syracuse which is a 90-100 ranked.Comment -

This isn't accurate or current. Northwestern is a top 14, Illinois has slid down to 35th.
It is substantial the way they place in the market place as well. 15% or Illinois grads end up with a top 250 law firm. 52% of Northwestern grads.
The average starting pay is almost twice as high for Northwestern grads as well.Comment -

Northwestern's 12 is a bit misleading though. Their average starting pay is 3rd in America. I think stuff like that should be valued a little bit more since that is what it is all about. Getting a well paying job. I'll waste like 70 grand in rent over the next 3 years but it is better than the alternative I think. Also, I don't know where I'm going to be and don't want to get stuck in a mortgage that I won't be able to get out of if the economy goes south again.Comment -

#104house values might drop but imo its the most sound investment that will gain value over time. its an investment property people always need a place to live and it would be close to a college campus you shouldnt have any issues renting them out. look at it this way you are giving someone 70000 towards their mortgage with no gain it it for you or putting that money into an investment that will def. make you a profit down the road.Originally posted by PickWinnerAllDayIllinois - 35
