    The optimum nba big 3?
In the nfl it's qb, rb, and wr. In baseball it's the corner infielders and center field. What would the optimum big 3 in the nba look like?

    Bulls. 2,3,4?
    Celtics. 2,3,4, or 3,4,5?
    Lakers. 1,3,5?

      don't understand all the numbers.

I thought it'd be postion, but no clue.

then I thought ranking, and that can't be it.

      you from U.S.A?

Lakers - Ramon Sessions, Ron Artest, Bynum?

The numbers next to the team are indicating, the big 3's positions for that team?

            I would say a 1,3,5 or 1,3,4

Need a PG that can create, A big guy to dominate the blocks, and a scorer.

                This.

A Rondo/Durant/Howard type big 3 would do some serious damage if they had a decent coach and all 3 were motivated (looking at you, Dwight).

LOL...that would make sense, I thought he was talking about now...I was very confused and though he wasn't from America and just randomly threw out teams and numbers.

                  makes sense now.

Except in close games where 2 of the 3 are below average at FT line.

dumb concept....jordan, lebron, kobe all play/played the same position which is a hybrid of 1, 2 and 3

there is no right answer...lakers, celtics have generally had an all time great 4 or 5....bulls never did, nor did the pistons

yeh Ibaka is not a 5 or their 3rd best player.

NFL is not QB RB WR, it is QB, WR, DE

Remember the Cowboy triplets, I don't think Charles Haley was a triplet. It was Emmitt, Aikman, and Irvin.

Does not matter the exact positions, but PG, Wing, Big man.

                                          Like the spurs had.

The best team in NBA history was the 3,4,5 Celtics, everyone says you need a PG but not neccessarily.

PG and Center. Most important positions in basketball.

You surround LeBron with a legit PG and Center, and he goes on a run of titles.

25 teams won't have a great center, nearly everyone has a great point guard. So LeBron has a little bit of neither of those and a lot of 2 guard and finesse power forward to work with. Basically nothing.
