Willy here is the difference between me and you, I look out my window and see a clothes line with 10 panties on it from my hot neighbor, another unit a guy doing chin ups from his fukkin balcony that is over 200 ft high, another unti big party on balcony (drugs,liquor, hot girls), another unit HS kids shooting darts into other apt buildings, another unit old ladies hanging and talking, and the final unit 2 guys getting their rugs cut in.
