Save them to your pc with this site..

that will save in .flv format. Enter the video URL in the field atop in this format, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mi7UUJ6cwLQ ,and hit DOWNLOAD button

you will see this option ›› Download ‹‹ (get_video.flv - Low Quality) , right click that link and save file as, in the name field of the saving file erase all of the gibberish and give it a name and end it in .flv

With that convert the .flv (flash video files) into .AVI or .WMV, whatever you prefer.
