At least 35-40% Incomplete passes in football really look like pass interference but it never gets called at the right time.

Its become so bad that the recievers do that stupid throw the flag thing every time they dont catch the ball, and even worse no matter how good the coverage the DB's always look around to make sure they didnt get flagged.
