"Saved or created" has become the signature phrase for Barack Obama as he describes what his stimulus is doing for American jobs. His latest invocation came yesterday, when the president declared that the stimulus had already saved or created at least 150,000 American jobs -- and announced he was ramping up some of the stimulus spending so he could "save or create" an additional 600,000 jobs this summer. These numbers come in the context of an earlier Obama promise that his recovery plan will "save or create three to four million jobs over the next two years."

i know u don't hear this on Fox Sammy but the real facts are that the Stimulus saved jobs. Unfortunately a lot of the Stimulus money went to those awful tax breaks for the rich that were supposed to create jobs but never have and never will. I know u are a big supporter of trickle-down economics. The type of economics that have never worked yet ur party somehow preaches them like they somehow do. As for Bush and the 750 thousand we were losing monthly. I know u guys hate when this is brought up.. Heck i would hate it to if i destroyed an economy and people kept blaming me for it. Hate to break it to u sparky but if it wasn't for the stimulus the unemployment rate would be way over 10 percent. I know it has been brainwashed intoi that thick skull of urs that the stimulus did nothing but the reality is it helped just not enuf. 69 thousands is a whole lot more than the 750thousand we were losing every month from phony conservatives.
