    8-3 last 11 games

27-31, maybe that's why....baseball is too long of a grind to keep up day in and day out

true but when a team loses 2 in a row the haters come out in droves.

the trend is your friend and the brewers are getting some breaks they weren't getting earlier in the season. ramirez and corey hart are playing better, braun is still braun, greinke and marcum are pitching well, maldonado/maysonet are figuring it out, etc etc

I'd bump it, but after the Pirates series, I lost interest.

You claimed this was the easiest homestand of all time, and the Brewers still need to win today to stay above .500 for it. Not exactly chest pound worthy.

Mike, how did you do betting them during the home stand?

lost 720 points on a series bet vs pirates and some real cash there, overall i'm up a bit after taking the crew -1.5 +135 for a few hundred yesterday and pounding the money line/run line when grienke pitched wednesday

if all you do is bet the brewers money line and run line when greinke pitches you would be quite rich

Above is a key word in that sentence. 4-4 is not above .500........trust me, I know a thing or two about that .500 line

yeah sorry wvgambler, actually i have been drinking early

i read it wrong thinking they would have to win today to be above .500 for the homestand, all they need is a win today OR tomorrow for that.

but you were completely right with the way you worded it, sorry again

You gotta bet that RL and ML at home only. 15-0 in 21 starts at Miller, 2.5 ERA and almost 6-1 k/bb ratio. If the Brewers do indeed deal him, I sure hope it's to an AL team.
