What is there to do in Balty? I know the park is great but I've heard mixed things about the town.

Philthy is way scarier than Baltimore. Get there early and walk over to Federal Hill and Cross Street Market. You will have a blast. And I'm sure there will be tons of Philthy fans. Harborplace is a tourist trap.

from town go up the JFX
get off at North Ave
go down the ramp make a left onto North Ave
go 6 or so blocks to Greenmount make a left
at next block is heaver st make a left turn right onto Barclay
roll down the window and yell boy and girl
and if you want a real adventure make the right at the ramp
go three or so blocks and make the right into royal terrace
or go all the way up to Fullton make the left
make the left at riggs and drive down to Stricker street
remember no bags-Pills(empty vitamin capsules) are fine and don't say scramble they will think you from the burbs

i once drove through camden nj in the late afternoon/early evening in a saab, windows down, with 3 other white guys openly soliciting for coke after a sox/yankees tilt

been to baltimore 3 times to see the sox play....no reason to go near the hood

Baltimore harbors is very nice restaurant and shops believe espn zone is there maybe that has change since I last went but just don't go anywhere far from there it can be rough

you are also safe at harborplace,
you can also head on over to little italy, this is the italian section of baltimore with great food.


if you're into clubs check out power plant area.

Power plant is great for partying, Scores has some of the best looking broads I've seen at a strip joint if that is your thing check them out. Baltimore is what it is, plenty of fun to be had but also very high crime. Stay alert and carry yourself right and you won't have a problem, don't and good chance you end up with someone in your pockets at best and on the pavement at worst. GL.

Just stay out of the southwest and you'll be fine.

Around the stadium is OK. Harbor place is stupid. If you're looking for a place to get a drink/ food go to Federal Hill.

If you want to see the hood take 40 west from Pig town. Once you see the Price Busters Furniture turn right or left. Lots of 'culture' there

The previous poster is correct about Scores. They get some nice chicks in there.

I also would like to add, if you're thinking about hopping the wall and running around the field at camden yards during the game, don't do it.

up until about 2 month ago camden yards use to be the best place to do this at, as the police just walk around and wait for you to get tired, 1 kid was running around the bases so long to home plate umpire finally had to tackle him.

it almost became a joke with people running around in batman costumes n shit. but the league and players started to complain, and now the prosecutors are cracking down.

they used to just throw you out, the latest guy got charged with trespassing.

12 months suspended sentence
80 hrs community service (ouch)
$500 fine (ouch)
Ban from camden yards (who cares)
