Any Locals/Credit Outfits Take Stock Action?

If anyone knows this I will give you money if the info is accurate and you get me in. Here is the criteria:

1. They take all Nasdaq 100 , SP 500 and Dow Stocks
2. 100-1000 Share type limits
3. No Margin requirements
4. Settle on closing trades

The book has to be well funded
