Rangers have played their best ball the past two seasons in the summer, especially in June and July.

Even if the Angels take 2 of 3 from the Rangers this weekend it won't happen. Rangers have more depth and are better built for the 162 game season.

If the price for that prop is +120 I would love to see the prices for Rangers final division lead at the end of the season at O/U 8 games. Over has got to be 8:1 or better

Texas should win the division with ease. But they have not had their bout with the injury bug yet. Hamilton, cruz and beltre havent had their customary dl stints yet. It's not if it's when for those three.

If the Angels win today, I think it will happen next week, Rangers have no off day and have to go to Oakland and San Francisco, where they have never won in San Francisco.

The Angels on the other hand get Seattle at home, and play the Rockies.

Rangers will likely go 4-3 at best against Oakland and San Francisco, realistically 3-4 or 2-5 but I can see the Angels going 5-1 against Seattle/Colorado. Something has to change for the Rangers because they have been playing really poorly lately. I don't think Ron Washington is losing the team but I think they may have gotten too complacent with an entitlement mentality after 2 straight world series and the hot start to the season.

But if the Rangers can win today that will take a lot of pressure off.
