Spot starters, especially making their first appearances of the season, mean low innings pitched which means bullpens coming in early. Combine this with 2 offenses that can easily reach 4 runs each and I see an over bet worth making especially at +105 where I found it.

I see it at +105 as well. Kemp is back so that gives you a little more pop in the LA line-up.
