Have had great customer support from this book. I also like their poker software quite a bit, just wish more people played it. Cashouts are fast and their reward system is fair and makes sense. Great out for rec players imo.

as long as you leave the amount of your deposit and fee's, they allow you pull out anything above. At least that was the rule a couple years ago when I played there.

Youwager is a joke your lucky to play a dime, the clerks all talk from a script its like to a McDonalds drive thru, and customer service knows absolutely nothing about wagering and if you have a claim you must wait 24hrs to get re-funded Dont Bother

You forgot to mention you can take out ANY funds above your deposit ANY TIME. So no 30 day hold on winnings only deposit amount.

If you happen to want a withdrawal and want you initial deposit back too... you may but you will cancel whatever bonus you received so the 30 day hold would no apply.
