Because, as if I have to tell you this, Cubbies draw out of towners on vacation.
A lot of the vacationers make Wrigley a tourist stop, like the Sears Tower, and check out the stores on the Mag Mile that is N.Michigan Ave

Nobody (unless you are a baseball junkie) visits Cleveland to watch a game, but I have known many people to have gone to Chicago just to see Wrigley and party.
