I'm not sure why people are questioning Smoke at this point. If he tells you to bet William & Mary, as a pick'em, against Duke, at Cameron Indoor Stadium, you don't question him, you just do it. As stated, this legendary handicapper is cashing in on 10 of his last 12 plays, that's equivalent to 83%. Billy Walters couldn't achieve those numbers if he phoned in his wagers with a minute left in the game.
