Lot of locals here, all operate pretty much the same:

They collect Tuesdays
They pay Wednesdays

Exceptions are made depending on how well they know a client (later day to pay).

I have locals who do roll overs as well(depends on the figure). I use locals only for big plays Nickel and higher!

I"ve had it happen both ways but more were weekly. I personally prefer once we get to $xxx dollars you pay me or I pay you.

My local is you pay on Monday and collect on Tuesday. He is really flexible so if I didn't get to him till Wednesday to pay, not a big deal. I am sure they are all different.
