Westbrook should've been gunning it and Durant taking up the flank.... that's where OKC thrives. They can have only temporary success in the half-court. Just remember that LAC game where they got held to 25 in the 2H.

Coach should've ordered up a full-on prison break if he want to win that game in LA.... but, nope, they..... anyways, Spurs will be on their game in G2.

      I say 4-2 Spurs

They just seem to deep and play good defense

I don't see OKC losing at home. This baby's going 7.

they remind me a bit of the Kings situation-wise.

always played 2nd fiddle to the Lakes, never made it to the finals but had great teams.

I wonder if that's the destiny of OKC.

Spurs in 6. This thread is dumb. I'll clap for your dumb comment, because the Thunder will probably win both games at home, while the Spurs will probably win both Games 1 and 2.

if it's a 4-0 sweep.... I think you owe me a bj... and a swallow, missy Sharp

btw, Spurs will be up 2-0 going to OKC. if they win G3, then it will be a sweep. NBA thugs quit to the max.

but likely the series will be decided on a G4 Spurs win as they go up 3-1.

Paul, here's the problem w/ OKC tonite. Coach pulled the plug on em, got them away from their nature. They are a "chimp out" team. That's what they do. So when they built that lead by walking the ball up in the 3rd... they fell into a big fukking trap, false sense of security. And then they had like 5 pts in the first 6 minutes of the 4th.

If you go into "Chimp-out mode", there's no way in hell you score 5 pts in 6 minutes if you're OKC.

These patterns in games are like mini-traps. You think, oh shit, look at that. It's working. But you see this all the time in football and basketball... and all of a sudden it backfires.
I'll bet you 500 points that okc wins 2 games or more

Don't see it that way. The Lakers were young then. The Spurs are not and it may be the last hurrah for them before OKC takes over the West. Unless of course OKC decides to take over the West this year.

OKC too talented to take this bet... but SAS can certainly get it done.

                          I will, however, take "baskets to win 9 in a row..... -400 = no, +300 = yes"

I will go with 'yes' at +300.

                          can we do that?

Looks pretty bad but it's just one game.

                            2-0 going back to OKC.

Will be rocking in OKC for G3, o/c.

See a split in next 2 games... but if OKC loses in G3, lazy gangbanger NBA theory will take hold and they'll quit in G4

this is not a good sign for OKC. durant, westbrook, and harden scored 31, 27, 30 points, but still lost.
