It is a turnkey production company. I am a 15% shareholder in the firm. One of the partners is a former Girls Gone Wild executive who will be handling the distribution aspects of the firm. There are two other shareholders who have financial stakes in the company and the founder. We have our first shoot November 4th. We will be going public with everything soon afterwards.
