Iverson expected to be in the building tonight at the Sixers game
Adam Aaron, the 76ers CEO confirmed that AI was invited back and is expected be in the building at tonight's pivotal Game 6. He'll present the game ball and will be there in an effort to give a morale boost.

Should be a pretty cool moment down there in Philly tonight.

That’s right. We talkin’ ’bout Game 6. (Sorry, sorry. Couldn’t resist!) But, as it turns out, “The Answer” himself, Allen Iverson, might just be in the house tonight when the Sixers face the Celtics in a win-or-die Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. The Sixers currently trail Boston in the series, 3-2. The reports come to us by way…

It's going to be a great game. KG calling the 76ers fans "fair weather fans" should make it even more interesting. Also read somewhere that the Phili intros will be as memorable as ever (whatever that means). Might have to throw something down on Phili 1Q.

pretty tough to boost morale when folks see him there washing car windows with newspapers and 25% windex/ 75% water in order to pay those back taxes.

Nope, not paying him but they are covering his travel expenses.

Bringing back a career loser who shot 40% in the playoffs. Pretty funny. Sixers legend, I guess, but he only once even made an NBA Finals.

What team was around him? Theo Ratliff, Eric Snow, Mutombo ( pass his prime), Aaron McKie come on man. That team gave the 01 Lakers there only loss of the postseason and it was behide AIs 48 points.

He played in Philly 11 seasons I think. Aside from Philly, where they tried to build around him, he made all the teams he joined worse. Detroit, Denver, Memphis.

Even that year that they made the finals, they didn't get there easily. Two seven game series.

one of the few people who can carry an entire franchise on his back
one of the greatest finishers at the hoop
                                                        biggest heart in the nba

but also one of the laziest players off the court
robbed the nba of his true potential had he any work ethic
destroyed team chemistry, undermined coaches, undermined the sixers organization

He was a solid little bugger who played hard, but never won the big one.
