Tupac only moved to the west coast when he was like 17. Grew up in NY and went to performing arts school. Also, when he DID move to west coast, he moved to Marin with his fam, the bay area; not LA. He instantly fell in love with the best coast and supported it like he was born and raised there, but its a misconception that he was.
