A CHURCH of England vicar who wrote on his internet blog that gay men should be forced to have "sodomy" warnings tattooed on their bodies issued a "full and complete" apology for his remarks yesterday.
The Rev Peter Mullen, 66, of London, admitted his "injudicious" remarks had offended people.
He said he had meant no offence with what he called his "joking remarks".
