Roxxy, I hope your bet of the day smashes its opponent. Radek Stepanek just screwed me big time (actually, my own arrogance of thinking I could get away with betting on a loser like Stepanek -- even against the hot garbage that is Ito -- screwed me) after getting up a break in the third set, so I need a big win to avoid a day that'll wipe out nearly half of my profit for this week.

If Haugesund fails us, please blame me. I will be the only reason they don't win today, because if there is a god, he/she just can't let me have a really, really good week in gambling. Every time I catch a bad beat, I usually catch two or three more losses in a row. Happens one day a week, always turning what could be great weeks into decent ones.

Yeah, I have a feeling Stabaek will score a goal at some point ... Hopefully Haugesund will score at least one more before Stabaek breaks through. With the way they're defending, I won't feel the least bit comfortable until it's a two-goal lead.

I keep losing bets on game-tying (or if I bet the draw, game-winning) goals in injury time, so I won't be surprised if Stabaek scores a transition goal around the 90th minute. It's almost noon here, however, so I can go get some alcohol to ease the pain if I take another one of these punches in the gut.
