Not much going on weekdays that have no baseball this month.

i'm in. Here's a fun idea. Find the lines and do like a parlay contest. Hit a 3 teamer win a amount, a 5 teamer certain amount, ect

I'd give it a whirl. As far as a format, that's a very good question. My first inclination was to suggest a "Best Bet" format, a maximum of one play per day with say a minimum of 15 plays in order to win. That should be easy enough, considering NBAX goes all the way to All Hallow's Eve. Say all plays are one unit, and the most units won at the end wins?

As far as a prize, I'd like to run something up the flag pole and see if someone salutes it. How about a subscription to ESPN Insider? Now, I'm not a huge fan of the ESPN website as far as format (I could do without some of the flash and multimedia in exchange for more in-depth content), but I was very impressed with the coverage that the Insider free trial made available to me. I'd also be surprised if ESPN didn't cut SBR a break on the price if you made the correct overtures to them.

We gonna make this happen, CrazyL? You teased us with the concept, and for myself, it was the first SBR contest that piqued my curiousity. Drawing new customers into the fold is always a good thing, right?

This was more of a feel-around thread to gauge interest, but I think we may be able to just get something funner together for the NBA regular season which starts end of this month.

Love the ideas though, and will look to implement them in the upcoming hoops contest!
