My first strategy is that I don't know how to count cards...so I Don't play Blackjack....Horrible odds for the player longterm...

If you are playing blackjack you should count, otherwise it is a fast-paced game and it is -ev, which is a bad combindation. If you want to preserve some of your bankroll play Pai Gow poker, odds are horrible but you lose your money slower.

My casino strategy is as follows:
1) Stick $10 in the video poker machine, get free drink.
2) Cash out of video poker at $25.
3) Give the $25 voucher to wife to play at quarter slots.
4) Celebrate her triple diamond, $660 payout and go have more drinks.
