Guess you didn't watch versus the Panthers then? Frerotte looked like the 2nd coming of Joe Montana on some of those deep strikes. He ain't no top QB but he's a threat to play action you all game long as your running game gets going.

c'mon LT this is the NFL they have other WRs that can play bobby wade, Robert ferguson, aundrae allison will get the job done against that weak saints D... Playaction will open up alot down the field. Vikings coach has already talked about being aggresive throwing the ball down the field Im sure somebody will be there to catch those balls. (pretty sure a banged up sidney rice is playing too.)

The saints only chance is to play 8 in the box everybody knows this so the vikings will have to pass. Sure set up by the Run but they will have to pass to win. playaction going to set up some nice things you wait and see.

NO is a unbalanced team, they cannot play defense, and have trouble running the ball. Flinging the ball around doesn't always work. I think they are going to have some trouble.

If the Vikes win this one it should be by their run game and using a lot of time.

Some "big" injuries to the Saints:
Colston (WR) - Enough said
Shockey (TE) - One of Brees favourit recivers + he have gotten a lot of key 1st downs this season...
Patten(WR) - Another important wepon for Brees...
Ellis (DT) - Should make it even harder for the Saints D to stop AP (1 of 5 with sacks this season)
Glenn (CB) - another big loss to an already week D (1 of 5 with sacks this season)
Reis (S) - and the D is getting even weaker (1 of 5 with sacks this season)

Conts: Henderson who got the 2nd most tackles for the Vikes(27) is out for this game. He also got a sack and are among those three with a FF...

I think the Vikings gonna run the ball a lot, but thei'll also make some big plays down field against a weak secondary + Glenn and Rise out...
Its gonna be a close game that can go either way, but my pick:

Im still not shure on the o/u in my Vikes parlay.... Normaly IF Vikes take the lead they'll control the clock with their run game, but it's MNF and the Vikings secondary isn't strong + the Saints secondary is realy weak right now.... Everyone talks about how great Brees have been, but for all that we know Frerotte might have a great potential...

Saints have the worst defense in the league but the 5th ranked scoring offense. The Vikings pass defense is suspect and they have the 14th ranked offense. All signs and trends point towards the OVER being the only play tonight.
