I maxed out the Celtics-Hawks series at -200. I maxed out this series at BOS -220. And if I somehow slept through last weekend I would bet it today at -350. The Sixers can keep it close for a while, but over the course of 7 games Boston is far superior.

Absolutely. The big deal here is that Boston doesn't have to play any back to back games, which is their big weakness


Also if it goes to a game 7 somehow, Boston has an 80% chance historically to win that game 7 because of homecourt advantage (and that 80% is value on that 350 line right now)

well i havent bet the NBA in 10 years until this year so I never paid too much attention. But that format then sure the 1-0 lead isnt that big a deal, but on the flip side 1-1 isnt that horrible for the home team either. Like I said it makes it more 'fair' all around. In the end it will still come down to the refs and who they are told to let through, unless of course one team quits and the refs cant even help them.
