Article on Junkie that shows that Cody has been dieting and working on Cardio with the Diaz's. Could be some drastic improvements.

I'm just not impressed with Cody. Don't think he belongs in the UFC.

Ive been wrong plenty of times. Levessuer in his prime and been an athlete his entire life. Saw value at opening odds and took a shot. Cody has never faced an elete wrestler. Not afraid of Cody's standup one bit.

Time will tell.

I seriously think the only way the guy can win is pulling off his patented guillotine. But he will have plenty of opportunities.

Cody hasn't been training w/ the Diaz Bros long so I don't think we'll see a huge improvement in his standup... maybe a few new tricks.

I don't know a ton about Levessuer, but at + money I think that could be a solid bet.

I see a lot not to like
1 He maintains control on top because of wrestling skills but doesnt provide much offense from there
at least not as much as he should a couple of knees an a few elbows
2 His kicks are quick but dont seem to pack any punch plus when he kicks he spins off balance a good fighter will take him down from there
3 His submission defense looks weak
Not all that impressed gl guys I pass

I wouldn't call him an elite MMA wrestler. He did well with keeping Dane Sayers down, but didn't do any damage on the ground; his MMA wrestling isn't good enough to keep Cody down, IMO. Cody will keep getting up and attacking. He might even have a ground-game now, working with Gracie & Diaz bros. I see Cody having a lot more outs in this fight; only way I see Marcus winning is by decision, and a close one.

I haven't placed anything yet. The better I do with the fights leading up to it, the more I will have on the Codester. Gonna wait til just before fight time to place anything on him, as I think that's when he'll have the best value.
