Oregon would actually be perfect for Richie. They have excellent disability services, and the first question I got after I moved there was my neighbor asking me if I wanted to get high. You have to watch out for the OBD (Oregon Butt Disease, the typical Oregon ass gains at least 20 pounds every winter) and the OYF (Oregon Yellow Foot, all that moisture in the fall/winter/spring leads to toenail fungus), but otherwise I consider it the land of milk and honey.
