had to be the Texans game, that was hillarious. How much more obvious can you be that you need to lose that game and do it in a hurry!

you said cubs games were fixed too
    and tb under

so , if you think games are fixed, i would really suggest you retire from wagering bc , unless you personally know the players, and you dont, you are basically admitting to betting on wwf wrestling

You're right, it was fixed, Rosenfells just did the helicopter impersonation for effect. Although the force on his elbow when he landed was like having an anvil dropped on it, I think you're onto something. Solid post.

I had the Texans today and that loss ranks in my top 3 losses of all-time. Unreal.

it's true, most games are fixed. You just have an amazing knack for picking the wrong end anyway. By the way, you owe me $50.

i had the texans also, but in no way was it fixed, Sage just flat out fell apart and tried to be a hero by forcing to much. All he had to do was slide down, and on the other just protect the ball when you are running out of the pocket.

Love it when something strange happens in a game and the bettor's on the wrong side of the outcome scream fix. Sure sign of someone who is very unlikely to really take responsibility for their own mistakes, always has to be someone else's fault.

I'm absolutely with you on this. Didn't help that it was my biggest bet in quite some time either. I will always remember this one, along with a couple other unlikely losses.

I said in an earlier thread that it was fixed as well. I had no money on the game and I didn't even make a pick ATS, so that wasn't an issue for me watching the game. It also happens that I'm a huge Indy fan, so if anything I should be elated (which I am) and deny any thought of the game being fixed. But as I watched it all happen, it just seemed so unreal, so unlikely, maybe it's just human psychology. I've calmed down a little, now, maybe Rosenfels really was that moronic, I mean he did stretch out the ball near the goal line on two seperate plays which probably should've gotten stripped if the Colts defender was better positioned for the strip. Maybe my denial stems from my assessment that Rosenfels is a capable NFL QB. Maybe I'm clinging too much to my "talent scounting", denying that I can't scout NFL players for talent as well as I thought I could. It's just so peculiar that a guy can make all the throws and manage the game so well, yet handle the ball like an NBA point guard at times.

Houston was the right pick. Thats why the line was set so low. Anyone without a brain could tell you Indy -3 was free money before the game. What happened at the end of the game was a fluke. Indy backers got really really lucky.

The only game i saw that was fishy was Purdue and Penn St, Penn st was -13 1/2 most everywhere and they cover 14 on a missed PAT...The kicker missed 2 other times too for Purdue, that kid knew the spread LOL

If Colts won by 3 TD's I would have said is a fix. Winning by 4 (even though it happened at the last two min) is not a fix. 75% of the bettors got Houston +4.5 or +5 in the few hours before the game. How can this be a fix? I believe the books lost huge amounts of money on this game. The sharps got the -3 Colts line earlier in the week and the squares got +4.5 for Texans right before the game.

A fix? Come on. In America? Don't you know that fixes only happen in other countries? In corrupt places like Italy, and even Germany; but not in an honest and honorable nation like the United States.

Indy already has its playoff ticket punched, so has no reason to avoid starting out 1-3. And what could another real playoff contender like Houston possibly gain from throwing a game?

A fix? Come on. Don't you know that QB's always dive high into a bunch of oncoming opponents, and that they never ever fumble the ball during such aerial display? Sage is clean as a ref's whistle.

The Texans have to be ****ed now.

I'm going to tease Miami I think.

Miami is a decent team this year. Texans season is toast.
