Too bad those juiced up losers forever ruined the home run record.

scary thing is they played more road games/cold weather, so ballpark and weather will help him more from here on out.

He most likely won't even get over 60, but still impressive.

there a lot of factors in favor for hamilton that will help hamilton break the record

he is surrounded by a great lineup which protects him so there are often guys on base when he comes up which makes it tough to walk him

the hot temps in texas make the ball fly out of there faster

also less gravity in texas than compared to a place like new york b/c texas closer to the equator so balls can fly farther/faster/higher

Dude, you really think Arlington is THAT much closer to the equator than New York enough to make a difference with gravity? You're crazy.... Texas being a hitter's park has everything to do with wind tunnels, thin air, etc. and nothing to do with gravity.

the protection thing is a myth.

I think you're combining .400 with the home run record.

Hamilton won't do either this season and neither will Wright.

Hamilton won't get to 60 homers, IMO. Record is 61.

If Hamilton plays most of the games from here on out he could get 50-55.
