sbr book setting its own lines?

lines everywhere is memphis -2.5 or -1.5. sbr book has -3.5. did the line move up to 3.5? or did sbr set its own lines? just wanna know before i make a bet

It use to be Bookmaker lines, and sometimes slow to move with Bookmaker. Not sure if they changed it or not.
