I think it is bank dependent, there are definitely some people that have had problems.

No way progressive is only $500 if 2 coin payout on that combo is $240

do they occassionally still stick $10 in your casino account?

they used to do this for me all the time, i would bet one hand of blackjack and either cash out $20 or 0. seems like i won more than i lost if i just played the one hand.

They offer comps for losses and handle, so I get that sometimes, but they've never randomly given me money.
