This shit could easily happen to anyone in this forum.
Take for example a few weeks ago when I was driving home from the casino and a pig pulls me over and says he received a complaint from another motorist that I was drunk. I have to get harassed by the pigs just because some other moron says I was drunk.
What's to say some fuk didn't turn him in and he happened to like to frequent sites like pornhub or redtube and watch a video with some 15 year old in it. The pigs can go through his browser history find the video with the underage person and then plaster it all over the place that he was committing crimes against children when nothing could be further from the truth.

That's usually what happens anyways they need people to prosecute they constantly need to make more criminals and then increase prosecution rates so they can get more funding from Washington. It's like a business for them so instead of busting criminals who abuse children who are harder to catch they bust easy targets that may or may not have pictures of child abuse in their internet cache files. All of your internet images are cached into files and your websites are cached with timestamps showing when and where you were on. All of these files don't get deleted even when you delete them they are still on your drive waiting to be written over. The way it works is all the files have a certain hash algorithm of 1's and 0's combinations to it the leo's have skin detection software which goes through all of the computers drives including file slack, the hash algorithms are recovered and transferred into photographic format then scanned for skin tone identification. There are literally 10,000's of images on your computer right now which you don't even know exist from all the history and if an image pops up as questionable it could be deemed as child porn.
Just recently in New York they've made the distinction in their law books to distinguish between files in your cache and files that have been directly downloaded onto the drive. Even if people have viewed and deleted the questionable material if the law enforcement agency software recovers the file data from the drive which they can do fairly easily they can use it against you and charge you with possession even if it was "deleted" it's never really deleted.
So anyone watching a website that has no control over what the website has on it could still get charged if the automatic webcache stores the data on the files that's why the internet is becoming more and more dangerous, the market for making new laws, crimes and increasing prosecution is gaining. And if you think about the future these new laws can be used to govern the internet entirely.Comment -
