I live in PHX too, and the only housing market on the rebound is the low end housing market, because all of the investors are coming in and buying them up to flip or rent out..and I don't see any jobs opening up, still nobody is hiring.Construction still isn't anywhere near where it could be -it's been stagnant for going on 4 years now..I'm a specialty(wallcovering) contractor, and I'd love for it to open up..

The stock market has displayed the recovery in progress as a forward indicator. Obama took us from the brink of collapse on to the road to recovery, substantially completed two inherited wars, killed Osama Bin Laden and has not had an attack on US soil since election. But there will always be whiners. After all, he's still black. And now he wants homos to marry.

Where are the jobs? Again the economy recovered on its own, it actually took LONGER because of Obama's over reaches. Stimulus/omnibus spending bill only hurt matters worse, led to inflation and the inflation from Obama's reckless spending hasn't truly hit completely yet. And Obamacare is the reason hiring hasn't picked up that much.
