This guy is pushing 50 and a freak of nature. I'm watching a documentary where he's able to do unthinkable things. Could be strongest and most fit man in the world "pound for pound" and "year for year"

Apricot Sinner is half his age and can barely do 20 pushups. Walker can do at least 100 times that amount, plus 3000 sit ups, bobsledding, and ultimate fighting. He'd pin King Mayan in about 7 seconds or less

1000? that's just his morning workout--he can do much more...still runs a 4.39 in the 40 yard dash at 50 years old
