Things like "due to lose" or "due to win" mean nothing. Each event is a seperate event and results are independant from each other. He has as good a chance as winning his next bet as losing. Except that you could argue that he has a better chance at winning because he has proven or shown that he is a better than 50/50 capper.

Then you say he could win 10 in a row and all you need is for him to lose the 11th. Good luck with that - but it would be a lot less stressful for you to just tail the 10 winners and lose the 11th. You are going to risk ruining your bankroll by chasing (stupidest thing you could do) and you are going to do it based on an erroneous belief that just because someone is on a roll that they must be due for a loss.
