Safest bet if there is such a thing to me is the Over @ 23. Federer may need a set to adjust to match speed on this smurf shit, so Raonic could very well take a set. No point really taking Federer at the juice since you haven't seen him play a lick of tennis since Miami. Raonic looks more competent on this surface recently ... but I won't be surprised to see something similar to last time they played. Raonic won the opener in a tie break and then Federer won the next two. Federer has to serve well early me thinks to keep things tight as Raonic will probably come out blasting.

I am fairly certain that 5dimes has the totals and handicaps up for a couple of minutes after the racket spin--it is an important edge to have on high totals and 4.5 game handicaps to know who is serving first-if fed serves first and breaks early then you get 22 if the second goes to a tiebreaker as opposed to 23 if raonic served first and assuming only 1 break
