Why do some books not offer NBA preseason lines?

Same reason there were no NHL lines for preseason.

They have enough trouble keeping NBA regular and post-season games from being fixed..... pre-season would be too easy.

Finding out a couple days ago that there wont be preseason lines at most places is like torturing a fat kid with a big cake, than throwing it away when hes all ready to start eating it.
