I live in Texas and use Twin Spires... I have for years.

Checked DRF bets and they do not have Texas on the restricted list. Maybe an oversight by keeneland Select or they might have different regulations for each site. Also add Mississippi to the restricted list.

That is strange because I just checked the Keeneland Select website again and they do not have Texas listed as one of the states that you can wager from.

Some people were grandfathered in.

i was about to reply: "For the Gambler On the Go!!" but then i thought about it and i actually drive down the road listening/watching the races on my iphone via xpressbet not to mention wager. its phucking awesome really
