I think we were looking for a spot that we knew the book would need Denver(assuming no special line), so since we liked LA anyway this is a way to make sure we won't lose if LA wins. If that explanation is confusing I apologize. Basically when we know the players are going to gang up on team A we will make a special line on team B, especially if we also like team A.
