The sportsbooks have time to adjust lines against the public to weekly games like the NFL and NCAAF because they have an entire week to do so.

But sportsbooks have no time to adjust lines against the public to daily games like the NBA, NHL and MLB because they have less than 24 hours to adjust lines.

It takes multiple days to change a number on a screen? Didn't realize they moved like snails...hmm.

According to your thought process, second-half lines would be the best to bet on.

      They've always been my favorite...

books don't have to adjust to the public having poor bank roll management and chasing their losses. i think those two are the keys to the public losing in sports betting, not the books adjusting the efficient lines more efficient.

sharps move the lines 100% of the time, public has nothing to do with line movement.

there is a formula use for 95% of the 1/2 time lines , really is a no brainer

lines are sharper for once-per-week events than for dailies
