That's a stupid price. Only possible play is to to take the over the odds price on Ferrer.

Ferrer was lower odds to win the tourney pre semi finals than he is now in the final. That's just books taking advantage of the public mindlessly betting Rafa.

Can you imagine if Joker was not around the last 2 years?/

Nadal's record would be like 90-2

Aint happening....Nadal may be nice and let his countrymen win some games but he's just a different animal on clay.

games handicap- if nadal is -7.5 and beats ferrer 6-2,6-2 he wins by 8 games and covers the handicap, price is usually -110 either way.

I don't think it's just me, but it seems like the books have really gone off the reservation setting prices this year more so than I can ever remember. They are super juicing some of these guys like Nadal to unbettable odds. I think it's two fold. They don't want people to win, obviously so they will make the price as high as possible to dissuade average bettors from jumping on Nadal. And secondly, I think they want to sucker people into taking the underdogs at the large prices. I think it's f-ing dirty as shit. That is just compounded when you look at the handicap which is 5.5. If you're going to juice the **** out of the moneyline, then at least give people a fair amount on the handicap. Minimum and bare minimum you should be getting 6. On price alone, probably 6.5. So lower the ML or raise the number of games you gutless twats.

The + games might be the play

Nadal was something like -17500 one time this week. I think it was the highest I can ever remember seeing that wasn't a 1st round match at the majors.

Ferrer has no chance. Nadal does everything much better and hits with so much more power. Bet a little on Nadal pre match to get some $ from it. Then if he messes around and gets down a break pound it for more in live betting.

Ferrer nearly flawless all match and then an absolute choke in the tiebreaker. I was really sweating at the end of the first set though.

Pretty surprising...Ferrer probably played some of the best tennis of his career and couldn't take a single set from Nadal - even got to serve for 2nd set at 5-4 but couldnt finish =/

Nadal locked & loaded for clay it looks like. Hope he is smart in the lead-up to the French and doesn't play too much. Rest your knees. He's definitely the favorite and rightfully so based on the past two weeks.

If Djoker shows up when they play on clay, Nadal will lose. End story.
