They need all kinds of help on the defensive side of the ball and with their first pick this draft they select an offensive guard.

After drafting a definite need at LB with their 2nd selection, they then trade away their 3rd selection.

Is this simply the most clueless franchise in the 4 major sports?

They appear to me to be a model of dysfunction.

Well then, this proves my point.

They traded away many of their draft picks in this draft to acquire Carson Palmer.

If they sign Leinart after losing all of their draft choices in this draft, only to have Leinart come in and be the starter, they have then proven themselves to be completely incompetent.

After an owner dies the right person for the job doesn't always get put in the right place. That's not saying they had the right person in the first place. I'm sure there are still some remnants from senile Old Al's time still in there.

No worries for ownership though. They'll still get their revenue sharing and will make a profit no matter how inept their front office is. That's how it's worked in the NFL for decades. Hell, look no further than the Cardinals if you want to see ineptness for decades.

Just looking over what some analysts' are saying about the Raiders draft and most agree it wasn't good.

A few gave them a C and I saw a D.

They drafted a few converted basketball players, a dude from england who only recently started playing football, and a dude who is the son of an angolan diplomat who only started playing football recently.
