if you like the hawks, take them for the series.
if you like the celtics, it's almost certainly better to take them on a game by game basis than laying -190

I agree it is a stupid line.

And with the way the Hawks have been laying, I think it is just wrong too.

Even if you give the celts the neutral court edge, home court for Atlanta should make this series a pick'em.
