i had a 1997 saturn sl2. was a nice car but i had anther spinal fusion surgery and it was very hard for me to get in and out of because i have almost no motion now. fused from s1 to t12.

so looking at getting a jeep/minivan. guessing a mini-van/van would be better because i can get an attached ramp for my electric scooter to use for long distances like getting around my uni, or going to a sports game.

I respect guys who drive old cars. the marfia before it went hollywood would drive cars that were worth 500 dollars in the 60's , took alot of heat off them,. I have done both and the expensive cars are fun they do draw way to much attention , I have cars that when I park them 10 people are surronding the car by the time I leave the store. Still driving my 1997 Toyota Tacoma pick up,only 193,000 miles on it a couple of things here and there but runs tremondous and the heater and ac still blasts out cold and hot air nicely.No reason to get a new car wife did get a 2005 highlander.But do not need a new car.Love having no car payments i still play cassette tapes in my car i have tapes 20 -25 years old that still play.

I ahven't been registerd with the MTO (our equivalent Dept of Motor Vehicles) since 1989.
I havent owned a "motor vehicle" since 88.
I have't paid motor vehicle insurance since 1988.
If I could chose any car that I wanted, I wouldn't waste on a 1/2 million dollar spiorts car, I would gainfully employ someone & provide them a living by driving me around in a limo.
Would feel like I am contributing while enjoying the luxury of driking while traveling!

Learning how your government defines the italicized words would be a good 1st step for some members here!
