I made at least 10 units on Halladay alone, last year, so I disagree that he's not a moneymaker. Even with the chalk, he's about as predictable as they come. I can read Doc like a book.

But I also know that Doc has a 50/50 chance for a meltdown today. I'm not laying -200 for a coinflip game.

I'm really hoping the Phillies lose some games with Doc at the mound so his price goes down. You're right that he's WAAAAY inflated.

But I'm not putting my hard earned money on the Cubs at a Phillies game. Best play was no play.

I don't want to offend anyone here but there's no free money in sports betting..specially baseball. Laying heavy chalk is quick recipe to poorhouse. These are human, not machines. Halladay can't play 10/10 every game. He may have rough outings too. I try to avoid anything above -150. Usually sticking with dogs & totals. MLB is a great sport to bet dogs. Every team plays 162 games/season. They don't give 0 in every game..

I avoid picking RL on heavy favourites too but everytime you bet -1.5 on a huge ML fav, they always win by 1, lol.
