You can do that will all of those NL/AL west teams. Perception of them carries over whn they get into stadiums that are less difficult to procure runs in. Oakland is a good one as you said, but Padres are an even better team away from the west coast. I think the team knows runs will be less difficult to scorw and get excited about being on the road.
