Dude,

They rob pizza delivery guys in the US for $20. Unless you get an armored vehicle to do your deliveries you will be robbed everyday both for the cash and the booze.

whats "illegal", it would have to be be specifially written somewhere that you can't do this, and i doubt thats the case.

I have a friend who has a job like that here in the bay area but its for wine from the Napa area. They make a shit load of money as he delivers Wine to many stores, homes, markets Mon-Fri and makes good money as well! So it is possible!

Dial a bottle services are gold up here in Canada as fiveteamer pointed out, especially in university towns. They're popular with underage kids in residences. Just gotta make sure you dont get caught selling to minors and youre good to go.
