Blackajck dealers that hate loosing

i just recently started going to a casino around here for 18 and up more often, ive been doing very well playing blackjack, last 4 times ive gone im +200 +400 + 400 and +400 today(400 is usually what i try to win i start with 500), so i basically no all the dealers, well i came across a dealer that i always see if the high limits area but ive never dealt with him before

so im sitting at a 25 minimum table with about 700 and the first hand he deals me a 13 or whatever vs his 6 so i stay obviously and he ends up going something like

6-A-5-A-3-10 for 26 bust
so the first thing he says out of his mouth to the whole table is "wow you guys are lucky"( in a obviously sarcastic voice)
and i make a comment like the dealer busts like 50 some percent of the time on a 6, and he replies to me "your pretty stupid if you think u can win at this game you might as well give me your money" and he looks over at a player ta the end of the table and says " look at rich here , he cant win and hes been palying 60 years" so i say

" i won over 1,000 the last 3 times ive been here"
he then says " well even i can win if the dealer busts every time"
so after this was said he busted 2 more hands in a row and hes getting pist because everyone is winning, so i ask him , "why are you so mad that your loosing, your suppose to want to loose, that's how you make money" and hes like i get nothing out of this if i loose. Im like ok "if you dont want tips keep rooting for yourself"

so i iwn a couple hundred more and im tipping him 5 dollars every hand i win to piss him off he said something like " im a house dealer im not suppose to loose" and hed make comments such as " man i suck im not busting anyone tonight"

should these pricks be working in casinos, i kept tipping him because i knew it pissed him off and i was winning so didn't care but its almost like he didn't want my money, this was a hilarious night

if youd like me to blackout the amounts i won i will, but yea my point is ive dealt with over 50 dealers and ive never known anyone to sit there and talk shit to you like that, im playing 50's so winning 45 and hand and giving him 5 to make him pist off isnt a big deal to me, its like a -110 hahaha anyways it came to a point where i had most of the table laughing every time i tipped him because his face was priceless,

i wouldn't leave a table when i was continually winning, if he was getting cards i would have left in a moment, do the pit bosses actually like dealers like this, i cant understand why someone like that has a job there

You can't beat blackjack (especially without counting cards) and you have been extremely lucky. You should quit while you are ahead.

The -110 comment betting 50 to win 45 is also silly. You are playing a negative expected value game and you are giving away money on your wins?

The dealer is an idiot and this really doesn't make any sense. He gets paid to deal win or lose... only money he makes is on tips. I worked at Hollywood Park Casino as a banker and dealers HATED winning because that means they didn't get tips. It makes zero sense that this guy would be rooting against players. Dealers hate winning. I never came across a single dealer who wanted to win.

People are motivated by numerous things, not just money.

There are many dealers who get a kick out of busting players. In their minds players are just suckers, and they're the only ones that should be making $ in a casino. They don't particularly want to see a guy buy in with $100 and make in 1 hour more than they make in a week. Certainly not everybody, but there are some.

I work in a Casino here in Australia and we aren't even allowed to get tips. When I used to deal however the only time I wanted to win was when the person sitting infront of me was a jerk. He would end up staying all night busting my chops as he would keep winning. If some glamorous beauty sat down and had her out you could bet you would take all her money in minutes because you wanted her to win. So maybe you have it all sussed out, make the dealer hate you and win, win, win.

Seriously though unless you are counting cards you are seriously dreaming if you think you can make a living from playing BJ. I have 14 yrs experience and no one ever consistently wins at the Casino. Believe me if they did, I would be doing it as well.

I was playing blackjack once, getting my asss handed to me. I decided to raise my bets to a higher level. The second hand, I had 18 and lost to a 19. The dealer mistakenly paid me. This has happened to me a handful of times. Everyone just kinda looks at each other at the table in acknowledgment with a little smile and we move on.

Not this time. The guy next to me yells out HEY! WHY IS HE GETTING PAID HE LOST!!!

I seriously almost snapped. I felt the blood leave my head. What a douchbag.

Are you Clark Griswald in Vegas Vacation? I've never seen a dealer openly rooting for the player to lose, seen a lot who seemed like real dickheads who'd want you to lose and others who seemed to be having awful days so they didnt mind taking your money but the majority root for the player.

Most indian casinos here and vegas casinos share tips anyways so while they act overly grateful at times, they dont care as much cause its being split 20 ways. If this guy was keeping tips I would have given the cocktail waitress greens and put out blue 1's for him just to mess with him.

Most tables have to hit soft 17

Dealers always hit on soft 17, at least at the 3 casinos ive been too

Yeah there are plenty of different blackjack variations. If possible play the one where the dealer sits on soft 17 as the above game is better odds for the casino. They don't change the original rules of BJ without there being a better percentage hold for the casino. Go play somewhere where they sit on soft 17.

I got pissed off at the banker of a crap game at my local casino. So now I go to his table, give him 100 one dollar bills to count, take the chips, and go to another table. I've been doing this all week to him. This is how I get my revenge!
