Obama will get blamed no matter what in the next 4 years even if he's not President
If the economy was to struggle under a republican president in the next 4 years, Obama will still get the blame. If that's the case, it will be great to see him get a 2nd term. If this economy doesn't improve then, the Republicans are guaranteed a seat in the white house, even with Michelle Bachman running.
Of course if Obama was to get elected again, the rage you will see in SBR is going to be priceless

Not sure what the point of this thread is... but you can't really be saying Obama is a decent president, could you?
He had control of all 3 branches of government for 2 years and accomplished? And then to explain for his lack of accomplishments, he says the republicans were 'doo doo heads' that wouldn't cooperate with him.
Now, to get another 4 years, he is saying he will be less cooperative with the republicans to get things done.
If he were allowed a 3rd term, he'd have another batch of excuses for his failings.

There is a simple fact about presidents. Their first term, is a lot of living through the commitments made by prior administrations. And the work they do during their first term, might be seen by the end of his second term.
Obama is responsible for the majority of things that happen in the next term that were under executive authority, regardless if he was President or not. Equally, Obama was handcuffed throughout his first year by the actions of Bush, as Bush was with his first term because of Clinton, etc, etc, etc.
Poli-Sci 101 gents.
What a President does today, doesn't get seen or felt until a long way into the future

Mittens hurry up and take over the White House to we can repel Obamacare. This is #1 priority. You don't want this socialist dictator having another 4 to destroy our country further. Oh and don't forget Obama is out to destroy the 2nd amendment right! Gun sales haves soared since he has been in office. He claims to be Pro gun, but that is BS!

Guns sales have soared due to irrational fears stoked by the gun industry. Not because of any actual action done by the Obama administration.

Obama still blames Bush to this day...he has had 3 years and we are in worst shape.
Obama should be done as a president. Please understand this guy is out to destroy
the USA and turn us into a communist country.
I have all the facts to proof it!

We have the democratic party that continues to rack up deficits in the TRILLIONS each year and promises all sorts of government benefits in return for support at the voting booth. They have no problem with kicking the can even further down the road and turning a difficult financial problem into an unsolvable one.
On the flip side, we have the republican party that wants to try and slow down these massive deficits but this means the government gravy train has to stop.
The democrats clearly care about party more than country while the republicans put country before party.
The problem is that today's generation of Americans (especially the poor and minorities) are incredibly selfish and care far more about themselves than they do about the country which is why our founding forefathers chose to exclude these groups from participating in the voting process.
We should have stuck with the constitution with the original 10 amendments as is.

We know have people that work there ass off and have nothing to show for it and deserve better than some rich punk telling them to go out and get a better job or a 2nd job.

You don't really believe that do you? All these guys care about is getting reelected. Let me know the next time someone does something that would be unpopular with the general electorate but be better overall for the country.

:Guns sales are soaring because people with insight see what lies ahead. We aren't fearful of Obama or Democrats trying to take our guns because we won't allow that to happen. Let me say that again. WE WILL NOT ALLOW THAT HAPPEN. Good luck trying. What people are preparing for is an economic collapse and what that will bring. If you think U.S. can continue on this course of reckless spending and keep right on going as is you're nuts. You can't tax and spend your way to prosperity. Ammo may be the currency of the future on this current path we are on. That is why people are "stocking up."

Romney actually banned guns, so you have more to worry about with him then Obama.
Both are the same though, and you morons are dumb enough to actually believe electing Romney or re-electing Obama will change anything.

Good lord stop being so ignorant okay. These deficits are Bush deficits and u know it. The tax breaks, the wars. Heck at least Obama had the balls to put the wars on the tab unlike hiding them under the desk like Bush and Cheney did. As for the Republicans putting the country first? Who is in the back pocket of the speculators controlling gas prices? That is right the Republicans. U would think since they put the country first they would tell the speculators to back off but u know they want Obama out which means they are playing politics. Who continues to fight for Wall Street and the mess they caused this country? The Republicans. Who contiinues to block everything Obama tries to do with fillbusting every bill that comes from the left side? Who continues to break down regulations which crooks love? Republicans sure didn't try to slow down the deficit and debt under the Cheney. Now, tho, they are somehow the deficit killers lmfao. The gov't gravy train? U mean the billions the oil companies get handed even tho they make record profits and the Repunblicans feel they deserve it? U mean those handouts to farmers? The blank check the military complex has? Now that is real money not 150 bucks some poor guy gets to eat some rice.

Obama got more Wall St. money than anyone in 2008. Stop trying to tell people that Obama is fighting against Wall St. The guys isn't raking it in from them like he did in 2008, but he's still getting millions upon millions from them. These deficits are Obama's. Bush has been out for almost 4 years now. Time for him to stand up like a man and take the blame. We are running the highest deficits ever.

Most people abuse the welfare system who receive it. Just a fact of life. No point in putting a burden on the rich to pay for the lazy lower class.

There is no burden on the rich. Take a look at tax structuring. The burden is placed on the diminishing middle class.

I don't see why the rich should pay a higher percentage than anyone else.
Warren Buffet offers to pay more, and then he uses insider information to make (essentially steal from those who do not have the same inside information) hundreds of millions.

Who said anything about Obama fighting Wall Street dik lick? The majority of this deficit is those tax breaks during war time which (the wars) has also led to huge deficits. Bush tax breaks. Bush wars. Obama is a douchebag for continuing this bullshit but realistically he has no choice because the Republicans are fighting for these country killing policies. Again would the Republicans vote to end the wars or end the tax cuts? Of course fuking not so these are still their deficit's. They gave them to us so stop trying to pass them off. Own up to it, and u stand up and be a man about it.

I will not vote Republican until a Republican admits that the war in Iraq was a mistake and an economic burden. Since I never once heard Romney or any of the Republican candidates admit to it, either Obama will get my vote or I won't vote at all.

Nothing new.
Stagflation started under Nixon, ballooned under Ford. This coincided with the "opening" of China and the loss of US manufacturing. Somehow the concept became associated with 1-termer Carter.
Massive recessions ensued during the Reagan-Bush I era. The 80's recession was at least as bad as the one happening now.
The Clinton tech and housing boom was by nature temporary, but the boosted US economy was squandered by Bush's discretionary wars and horrifyingly disastrous financial deregulation.
Of course, since a democrat is the white house, idiots believe doomsday is around the corner. The same people who blame the tech bubble for the Bush recession are the ones screaming "you can't blame Bush (aka runner-up to Harding for the worst president of all time)."
Voting Green this election because Obama's record on civil liberties sucks, but come on people!
