Fair enough John. Now one quick question if I may. Why do you guys have different ratings for books within the same corporation? I see this often for several books.

Hopefully the representatives of this group will mature and portray themselves more professionally on public forums in the future. Their collective comments on how they are rated and their past history shows a pattern of intentional deceit and spin control.

People change and books change for both the good and bad over a long period. WSEX went from an A+ to and F and Bookmaker.eu went from a D- to an A+. The key to success is how well they are managed. Bookmaker did not whine when they were rated D-. They set out to be the best and it paid off.

This group faces a similar choice, they can focus their time and energy on making their operation one of the best or they can make excuses and spin their past and hope for a magical short cut to a higher rating and reputation.

Could be one of several possibilities. Could be an SBR error where one book in the family has had a lot of good feedback and another has not. We encourage operators who feel we have a discrepancy to write us so we can make a correction.

Usually when you see a different rating within a family it represents different partners, partnerships and or managers within the family. A book like sportsbook.com has many books in its family, most are wholly owned by sportsbook.com but not all. In other arrangements we have obtained unequivocal commitments from books like Bookmaker that they stand 100% behind family members hence most share the same rating. We may also keep the rating of a junior family member a notch lower because we are not clear as to why multiple brands would be necessary an indeed many junior family members are used for agent business, has less betting and or funding options or appears to be for sale/ attract investors, agents, ect.

This book is 4 months old and claims to have a long history of payouts and all I have found so far is scam artists.
They claim SBR is bogus and I can personally say SBR has helped me with payouts over the years that normally would have fallen on deaf ears. These places help each other to see the real books and the scammers.

Latest update on 1vice.com. I gave them a try and went on a mini streak in bases. Received XXXX.XX out and waiting on another 2 checks. With all told won XXXXX.XX (small 5 digits) in 3 weeks and looks like I am getting paid. I will update when all checks arrive. Received 2 payment thus far with no problems.
Hope this out stay's true and builds on the great customer service they already showed me.

I must say for a newer book Griffin has responded in a timely manor and did everything I asked so far.
3rd Payout arrived and I believe they are trying hard to insure the players play and stay. I cannot report anything bad after a rocky start with them not answering all my concerns as to where they got my info.
I say give them a try if you are looking for a good customer service out.
